2. Speak to Terece in Watchtower on the Embankment of Hanov B3 37,84
3. Kill Ogre Officer 61,29 or 14,74
4. Speak to Terece again.
5. Speak to Abel in Great Forest / the road across the Platen Boulevard 37,84
To get to Abel, simply go to Logging Village Brentil and take the first teleport into Nave Falls then follow the road until you get to the end of the map to enter Abel's Camp.
