To get transcendence skills you have to first speak to Transcendent Bar in Vaultish 32,98
There are 3 types of transcendence skills. Normal, which consists of basic passive stats. Rare, which consists of passives that alter a skill based on your class in a specific way. Unique skills, which are passives that has major impact on your damage, defense or stats.
Normal Skills
Can be obtained by speaking to Transcendent Bar.
Costs 1 Flame Stone, 5 Mysterious Stones, 5 Crystal Stones and 100 million gold.
Rare Skills
Can be dropped from monsters level 600 or more.
Unique Skills
Can be obtained from trials, raids, high level secret dungeons and guild dungeon 8 and 9.
Normal Skills
IncreaseFor skill level 1 ~ 10 → (skill level * 50).
For skill level 11 ~ 20 → (500 + ((skill level - 10) * 10)).
Decrease
For skill level 1 ~ 10 → (skill level * 25).
For skill level 11 ~ 20 → (250 + ((skill level - 10) * 10)).
Muscle Strengthening
Passively increase knowledge.
Decrease health.
Knowledge Reinforcement
Passively increase knowledge.
Decrease health.
Alacrity Strengthening
Passively increase alacrity.
Decrease charisma.
Wisdom Enhancement
Passively increase wisdom.

11 ~ 20 → (1000 + ((skill level - 10) * 10)).
Rare Skills (Class Skills)
(Squire) Dance of Illusion
Add an additional maximum hit.
(Warrior) Dragon Twister
Reduces the duration of the skill by 2 seconds.
(Archer) Chaser
Upon activation, fire an additional arrow that deals damage based on the targets maximum HP.
(Lancer) Fortress
Summon an additional illusion of yourself that uses this skill.
(Magician) Meteor
Deals additional damage based on 30% of the damage done per second for 3 seconds.
(Werewolf) Bestial Rage
Absorb 1% of physical damage dealt while active.
Become invincible for 2 seconds when struck with a 30 second cooldown.
(Priest) Tower of Reflection
Shield the target for 25% of your maximum HP.
A cooldown of 30 seconds is activated when the shield dissipates.
(Fallen Angel) Holy Cross
Shield allies healed by Holy Cross.
(Tamer) Feed Chili
Maximum amount of Feed Chili removed.
Duration increased by 2 minutes.
(Summoner) Recaller Power Up
Also increases maximum HP of summons.
(Thief) Darting Fever
If there are few enemies within radius, the amount of darts increases up to 8.
(Monk) Side-Step
Lasts longer.
(Princess) Goliath Slayer
Pulls enemies hit closer to the main target.
(Little Witch) Florence Special
Will no longer turn into a Princess upon use.
(Necromancer) Mediumism
Can now tame up to general 4 undeads.
(Demon) Bind Blaze
When an enemy with more than 40% fire resistance is struck, reduce their fire resistance by 40%.
(Spiritualist) Giant Slalom
Add several additional hits that deals additional damage at the end of the duration.
(Champion) Change Crisis
Lasts longer.
(Opticalist) Serial Explosion
Attaches an additional bit after exploding all bits.
(Beastman) Phantasmal Evasion
An additional illusion is summoned.
(Maid) Do Not Disturb Cleaning
Add an additional maximum hit.
(Demon Sorceress) Demonic Commander: Halberd Strike
Has a very low chance to not consume CP.
(Musketeer) Attraction Draw
Increased radius.

Activation Chance
1 ~ 5 → 5% activation chance.
6 ~ 19 → 10% activation chance.
20 → 15% activation chance.
Awakening
Chance to ignore the maximum damage limit completely.
Activation Chance
1 ~ 10 → (skill level * 0.5)% activation chance.
11 ~ 20 → (5 + (skill level - 10) * 0.1)% activation chance.
Adapt
Reduces the stat reduction on high level maps.

Magical Absorption
Restores CP based on damage dealt.
(skill level * 0.05)% of damage dealt is returned as CP.
Spatiotemporal Disortion
Decreases damage taken.
Damage Reduction
1 ~ 10 → (skill level * 50)
11 ~ 20 → (500 * (skill level - 10) * 10)
Resistance
Recovers all elemental resistance lost to map penalty.
